Layout holiday home 12-16 people This spacious holiday home has no less than 240 m2 and has six bedrooms, three bathrooms and four toilets and two kitchens and two living rooms. Ideal for large groups that want space. 

You enter through the large balcony at the front in a spacious hall and a corridor that opens up 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 2 toilettes. On the right is the living room and kitchen over the entire depth of the house. The kitchen diner is separated from the seating area by the original half-timbering. In the kitchen there is a long dining table where you can sit with a large group. On the balcony you can relax from sunrise to sunset while you hear the stream Wild Aar. You can also use the garden with picnic tables where you can barbecue. Each bedroom has its own sink and two box-spring beds which can be made as two single or double beds. 1 bedroom has an extra bunk bed. There is a cot and possibly an extra guest bed for an extra child. There are two separate bathrooms with shower and sink and one with bath and two separate toilets. 

In the left wing are a spacious master bedroom with double bed, baby bed and bunk bed, a second bedroom with 2 beds that can be made up as two single beds or a double bed and the bathroom. On the ground floor there is an additional toilet, kitchen and second living room with wood burning stove. 

You also have access to the large playground with picnic tables, a wide range of swings, climbing tower and slide and a fire pit. There is a picnic table in the garage that you can use. and for the little ones, children's party and go-kart and sled for the winter.
